Join Voice for Choice! Sign up for a phone bank. Every Monday and Wednesday night until the November 4th election, volunteers will be calling pro-choice voters around the state to persuade them to vote for pro-choice candidates. Callers are given a script to read and thorough information about the two candidates. You don't need to have any experience phone banking to be great on the phone. All phone banks take place in our office from 5:30-8:30 PM at 122 State Street, Suite 308, Madison. We have room for four volunteers each night. Phone Bank Schedule: 5:30 PM – Volunteers arrive 5:30-5:45 PM - Orientation, run through the script, snacks 5:45-8:15 PM – Call Time (with short break in the middle) 8:15-8:30 PM – Fill out tally sheets Upcoming Phone Banks: Monday Nights: Oct 6, 13, 20 & 27 Wednesday Nights: Oct 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 Never phone banked before? No problem! At the beginning of every shift, we go over how the phone script, list and answer to frequently asked questions.
