The Compassionate Care for Rape Victims bill would require all Wisconsin emergency rooms to provide rape victims with information about and access to emergency contraception. Currently, only one-third of the hospitals in Wisconsin have a policy of dispensing emergency contraception without exception.
Since the bill was first introduced five years ago, NARAL Pro-Choice Wisconsin, our coalition partners, and women's health supporters like you have worked tirelessly to get to this point.
